Globevisa Welcomes the Head of our new Canada Toronto Office, Alice Gao
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Singapore, Globevisa Group has grown to become one of the premier immigration consulting firms globally, with 40+ offices around the world. Known as the “Amazon of the immigration industry,” Globevisa offers over 300 programs in more than 40 countries. We are thrilled to welcome Alice Gao as the head of our esteemed Toronto office, located at 29 Ivy Glen Dr. Vaughan, ON, L6A 0P3. This announcement aligns with Globevisa’s commitment to providing exceptional services in the heart of Canada’s multicultural landscape.
Alice Gao, graduated from Beijing Normal University in China and relocated to Canada in 2009 to pursue advanced studies with a major in education. In addition to her robust educational qualifications, Alice has an impressive professional history. She serves as a teacher at the Durham District School Board (DDSB) and has also held various roles as an educator at institutions such as Ormiston Public School. Her experience extends to teaching Chinese language and culture at the Durham Catholic District School Board and providing vocal and music theory lessons in China. Alice’s extensive study, living, working, and entrepreneurial experience in North America for 15 years have endowed her with a profound understanding of North American customs, cultures, immigration laws, and regulations. This rich background enables her to offer innovative, predictive, and constructive advice and planning to clients.
Alice’s entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience in education have equipped her with exceptional communication and motivational skills. Her ability to engage with parents and children from diverse backgrounds, coupled with her bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, make her an invaluable asset to Globevisa’s Toronto office.
Alice Gao’s transition from the education sector to the immigration industry is driven by several compelling reasons. Both fields share a common foundation in strong communication skills and a dedication to serving clients with professionalism and expertise. In her role as an educator, Alice has built valuable connections with many parents, including those from diverse backgrounds such as Canadian and Indian communities. She has consulted with these parents about their needs for second citizenship planning, revealing a demand for upgrading their children’s status by obtaining U.S. citizenship through the EB-5 program and expanding business opportunities overseas in regions like Singapore and Europe. Alice sees significant market potential in these areas. Additionally, she has a personal preference for the sense of achievement and challenge that comes with sales and closing deals.
Alice Gao expressed her excitement about joining Globevisa, stating, “I am deeply honored to join Globevisa, the world’s largest immigration firm, known for its visionary leadership and innovative approach to immigration consulting. I look forward to contributing to Globevisa’s mission of helping clients worldwide achieve their dreams of immigrating overseas through our professional and efficient services. Together, we will continue to make remarkable strides in the immigration industry and enrich each other’s lives.”
CEO Henry Fan also shared his enthusiasm, remarking, “The launch of our Toronto office is a significant milestone in expanding our services across Canada. Alice’s wealth of experience with local connections, coupled with our comprehensive immigration programs, will undoubtedly help us meet the needs of our clients and support their global mobility dreams. Additionally, 15 years ago, Alice served as a top consultant at Globevisa’s Suzhou office. Her return to Globevisa, now in our Toronto office, marks a meaningful reunion. Her dedication and expertise align perfectly with Globevisa’s values and goals.”
Join us in celebrating this new beginning and welcoming Alice Gao to Globevisa’s Toronto office. We are excited to embark on this journey together and look forward to shared successes and a bright future for Globevisa Toronto. Welcome aboard, Alice Gao! Let’s achieve great things together!
