On October 28th, 2024, we are delighted to extend a warm welcome to our new International Chief Operating Officer, Janice Williamson.

Hailing from London, UK, Janice Williamson brings extensive experience in business strategy and operations gained through over 20 years of experience. She is an effective leader with vast experience in delivering global multi – million dollar projects and operational transformations within the government and private sector in the MENA region. Janice’s working philosophies have driven her achievements by placing the client and organization at the heart of everything, working seamlessly across diverse and complex business landscapes, and applying an innovative and results – driven approach to overcoming challenges.

In her past role as the Group Head of Processing of a prominent investment migration entity, Janice was responsible for a team of over 100 + across 50 countries and directly supported a global team of 400 +. She has achieved the highest volume of submissions in 25 years (since the firm’s inception) and increased the sales vs. submission ratio from 56% to 92%. With the entrepreneurship gem in Janice’s blood, she founded her own citizenship – by – Investment firm in Dubai, in May 2013. She was responsible for the sales, marketing and operations within the organization until her successful exit within four years. Her broad business and organizational leadership skills have been developed and refined by growing and directing global multi – disciplinary offices and projects. Her expertise in operations management, in – depth knowledge of Investment migration programs, analysis & reporting, procedure development & execution, client management, project management, and strategic marketing make her a versatile professional in our industry.
